set

Replace the header, header attributes or sequence with new content

Usage: st set [OPTIONS] [INPUT]...

Options:
  -h, --help  Print help

'Set' command options:
  -i, --id <ID>      New ID (variables allowed)
  -d, --desc <DESC>  New description (variables allowed)
  -s, --seq <SEQ>    New sequence (variables allowed)
